EMERGENCY CALL OUT PROCEDURE

Working hours Monday – Friday 08:00 – 17:00hrs: Call our office on 0845 644 4867. Your call will be answered by our receptionist who will put you in contact with our Operations Manager. Your call will then be dealt with by taking information of the fault situation, brief history of events followed by the mobilisation of HVMS technical staff.

Out of hours Monday – Friday 17:00 – 08:00 and Saturday & Sunday 24:00 – 00:00: Call the same office number 0845 644 4867. Your call will be answered by our call centre who will take brief details and pass them onto our standby engineer. The standby engineer will then contact you taking information of the fault situation, brief history of the events followed by mobilisation of himself and any additional technical staff as necessary.

Once on site our technical staff will liaise with the site engineer to assess the situation. If the site staff decide that HVMS are to deal with the problem we would then produce an adoption document allowing the electrical network to be under the control of a Senior Authorised HVMS Engineer. On completion of the adoption document HVMS will then proceed to plan a restoration, repair of the fault to reinstate electrical supplies as soon as possible. Please note, no guarantee can be given to restore electrical supplies if caused by the regional electricity company or a catastrophic failure of plant.
